A friend sent me today’s blog post about El Roi. This happens to be one of my favorite names for God. I had been struggling all week with several things and part of the struggle has been that it seems like God has forgotten. Some of the things have been unchanged and unresolved despite my prayers and efforts. I have come to the end of myself, resources and options and even told God that this is the season of if he doesn’t handle things then they won’t get handled because I have nothing left. I struggled all week with whether or not God saw and sees me. In the middle of my intentional morning time with God during a very honest and raw conversation, my friend sent the text of today’s blog. This was the second this week that God worked through a friend to send me something that spoke to my struggles with precision and reminded me that he saw and sees me.

Grace for every season of becoming truly resonates with me. I smiled as you described the new discoveries we experience each day. Becoming may not be easy, but God gives us enough grace and strength to make it through each day. Once again, thank you for this timely article. Be blessed—and always be a blessing.

Teach me to rest in You as my true refuge. Give me humility to release what I cannot manage, courage to face what is changing, and wisdom to steward what You place in my hands without clinging to it. Anchor me in Your presence. Strengthen me in my weakness. Remind me that You are the only One who will never fail, never shift, and never let me fall.
Powerful message Vanessa!
God bless you and have a wonderful Sabbath!

Being raised from birth as a Sabbath Keeper, obedience in my home was key. Our faith and abilities are consistently challenged against other religions, Today’s Pearls are evidence that when we are obedient to God’s instructions, HE speaks through you! When one truly knows the character of the author providing these pearls…the love of God shines through each sentence unlike that of AI. These daily PEARLS OF GRACE have strengthened my healing season and obedience. Thank You

Todays thought on mental health spoke loud to me today. I really needed this reminder today. To know I am not alone, to know I can find rest and comfort in God. To recognize that it is not weakness to recognize that I need help. Thank you for these words. I am grateful for your ministry. Continue to let God use you. I know todays thought was meant for me. Thank you

Consistency over Intensity* For me, there is a line that must be repeated, "The scripture doesn’t shame weariness, it warns you not to live there..." I recite Jehosophat's prayer almost daily, especially as I deal with my own post-menopausal challenges and must tackle mom's daily geriatric physical, emotional and mental shifts. Sometimes, the only Bible prayer that fits and brings hope is 2 Chron 20:12, "[I] don't know what to do but [my] eyes are on You."
Thank you for a holistic and pragmatic devotional thought, Queen! I bless God for ministering to me through you today, and pray that He will continue to counteract Satan's plans to stop you for being used for His glory. Have a wonderful day ☺️
